When I think of Galardi wine, I think of one of the most underrated wines in Italy and the world.
The Castillon Cote de Bordeaux area on the left bank of the Bordeaux wine region is equally underrated. Both, however, are wines of excellent calibre with very good prices. Joanin Becot’s wine is made from Merlot and Cabernet Franc and as in the best tradition of this wine area, the wine is practically immortal, just as the wines from Aglianico grapes are.
Both have strong, dry tannins that need a few years to blend well with the other elements, but once integrated, they will give us great satisfaction.
You can forget them in the cellar and rejoice in the fact that you can always count on them: they will never let you down.
